Johnny Ingle, Director of REV Residential

A CXO level executive with a background in Media, Public Relations, Operations, Business Development and Marcomms consultancy, Ingle worked extensively in Britain, the United States and Middle Eastern markets for over 20 years before joining the Digicel Group Operations Team in the Caribbean in March 2008 as Marketing Manager. After three months, he was promoted to Commercial Director with Digicel Haiti and led the team there to grow the Haiti operation into the biggest market for cellular mobile subscribers in the entire Digicel Group at the time.

In 2009, Johnny moved to the North Eastern Caribbean as Commercial Director and was responsible for supporting CEOs to deliver commercial objectives for Digicel operations in the Antigua & Barbuda, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla and St. Kitts & Nevis markets. Over a three-year period, they delivered substantive year on year revenue and subscriber growth for the region.

On July 1st, 2012, he assumed the role of Acting CEO for Digicel Dominica and with the support of the Dominica team attained the number one position for market share, in a triple operator market, within six months.

April 2013 saw him returning to the North Eastern Caribbean as CEO, Digicel St. Kitts & Nevis and the launch of the first island-wide 4G Network, underpinned by the new Digicel brand platform of “Be Extraordinary”. During his two-year tenure there, EBITDA for the operation doubled. Following a promotion to CEO, Digicel Barbados and a brief return to Europe, Ingle filled the role as Chief Aliv Champion in July 2016 as a central part of team that broke the cellular monopoly in The Bahamas through establishing the Aliv brand over the next two years.

Johnny returned home to The Bahamas in January 2019 to assume the role of Director of REV Residential. A committed Family man of faith, Johnny enjoys being a catalyst for change with focus on improvement, execution and results.
