Please be advised that some channels have been restored. Our technicians are working tirelessly for complete service restoration, until then, subscribers will experience intermittent services. At present our restoration efforts remain ongoing. Our teams have restored approximately 85% of the network and are working towards full restoration. This morning’s equipment failure was significant and it will take some time to get back to get 100% but we are committed to doing just that.

REV would like to advise its customers that our TV services are more than 98 percent restored. We anticipate full restoration within the next few hours. Thank you for bearing with us.

We would like to advise our TV customers that were impacted by today’s outage that our technical teams will be conducting additional audits of the network between 2am-4am Thursday, January 28.
During this period, every effort will be made to minimize service disruption.

Our technical team has confirmed that last nights audit was completed successfully. This means that all TV channels remain operational and you should have access to all channels in your subscription.
We will conduct ongoing network upgrades over the next 5-7 days between 2am – 4am to minimize service disruption.
During this period, you may observe intermittent service and/or outage, and/or channel pixilation. Every effort will be made to reduce any form of disruption.
