REVGoPlay and IPTV Outages
We wish to advise our REVGo Play and IPTV customers of a service disruption. Currently, you might encounter a “No content available” and “File not found” error while accessing the majority of your channels and streams, as well as the Aliv Fiber App on IPTV.
The disruption is linked to the widespread power outage experienced yesterday evening and our technical team is investigating the issue.

Channel Update Notice
We regret to inform the public that two of your channels, The Sports Network (TSN) channel 715 and Treehouse channel 309 are temporarily unavailable. October, 2022
Beginning in November 2022 Cable Bahamas Limited will begin the migration of customers to FTTH. These customers will experience a price increase in their services. Unbundled broadband customers will receive a price increase of up to $5 and bundled customers will receive price increase of up to $7. Customers affected by this change will benefit from increased speeds, more value, and overall improvements to their broadband services once they transition to FTTH.
REV contracts with programmers to carry their services and stations on REVTV expire occasionally. While we are usually able to renegotiate these agreements with no interruption in service for our REVTV customers, in rare instances, programmers may insist that we cease carriage of their content. In addition, it may become necessary to make adjustments to our channel line-ups and television packages.

HBO Max Comes June 29
REV wishes to advise all HBO Go subscribers that the streaming application will be replaced with a new streaming service; HBO Max effective June 29, 2021.
HBO Max is a subscription streaming platform that has content designed for each member of the family and is available to all current HBO premium package and TRIO subscribers at no additional cost.

TLC & Discovery Now 100% English
For several years due to licensing restrictions, both TLC and Discovery Network have been distributing their Latin American feeds to their subscribers throughout the Caribbean. This meant that REV TV viewers, like others throughout the region were subject programming where commercials and interstitials were primarily in Spanish.
This spring, after much lobbying and negotiations REV is proud to announce that both TLC (REV TV Channel 266) and Discovery Network (REV TV Channel 258) will appear 100% in English 24 hours a day.
REV would like to advise all REVTV customers that effective June 30th 2021 Discovery Civilization REVTV Channel 264 will be removed from the REV TV Lineup. Unfortunately, this decision was made by the provider affecting the entire region and was beyond the scope of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

ION Plus & Qubo changes
Effective February 28th , REVTV subscribers are advised that ION Plus and Qubo, will be discontinued on REVTV. This change is a result of the parent company, Scripps, ceasing operations of the TV networks.
FOX Premium Changes
As of February 22, Fox entertainment channels will change their name and image. FOX Premium will be called STAR Premium.

Please be advised that we will perform upgrades to our TV platform including REVGO Play and REVX and nDVR/ IPTV boxes. These upgrades will take place during our maintenance window (12:00 AM- 7:00 AM) on Wednesday October 21st, and may result in disruptions in video services for all REVTV customers.
For users on REVX and REVGO Play, once the maintenance window is closed the look and feel as well as functionality of the platform will return to normal. However, users with nDVR platforms will experience a new look and feel and channel numbering will revert to 3-digit channel numbering.

DVR STB Upgrade/Migration
REV customers should be advised that DVR set top boxes are approaching their end of life. Our REV reps will contact you directly with regard to our upgrade/migration exercises depending on your specific box and DVR usage.
Families that no longer use DVR functionality, will receive a guide upgrade. The change will be simple and will not require a home visit.
Active DVR users will receive a new, replacement set top box for no additional cost. The new REV network DVR (nDVR) solution uses cloud storage for recorded shows. You will also be able to access your recorded shows from a variety of devices, including smartphones and tablets through REVGO Play.
Kindly note, that all recorded content is specific to the box recorded on and will no longer be available after the transition.

REV would like to advise its subscribers that in the interest of public safety as well as the safety of our staff, effective May 30th 2020, the company will no longer accept checks as a form of payment.
REV would like to advise its customers that effective May 30th, 2020 the company will no longer provide printed statements. Users can sign up for eBilling by calling or emailing their REV agent to receive monthly e-Statements. Also subscribers can sign up for MyAccount and manage their account balances online at any time.
TelePacific Channel, a television station that broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week directly from Haiti has been added to the REVTV Lineup. Provides news update on Haiti along with political discussions, sports, culture, entertainment, and youth programs for a Creole Audience. The programs are primarily in Creole and with exception on selective programs in French, Spanish and English languages. You can find TelePacific on REVTV Channel 384.

MAX viewers may notice a few changes on their favorite channels. Effective February 1st, 2020 all channels within the MAX package will be under the HBO® brand, so HBO®MAX® will no longer be the name of the package.
These channels will now be considered part of the as HBO® Premium Pack and will appear under new names including HBO Mundi, HBO POP, and HBO Xtreme! The former MAX Channels appear on REVTV between 540 and 545.
Customers can look forward to enjoying the same great content on these premium channels.

Please be advised that our content partner for The Weather Channel is switching satellite feeds and as part of their process have interim notices posted to the channel (411). Rest assured that beyond these interim messages, your programming experience will continue as normal.

In our commitment to providing our subscribers with exclusive and relevant content, REV has entered into an agreement with IMC, the parent company of Sports Max and have secured the rights for a dedicated channel for the 2018 FIFA World Cup! From June 14 -July 15, the world’s best 32 footballing nations will square off in over 64 Matches. Beginning June 14th and over the next two weeks, these games will air exclusively on REVGO Play.

Effective April 23rd, REV television subscribers are advised that the Prime package channels TNT, channel 450, Cartoon Network, channel 301 and TBS, channel 225 will be replaced with TNT International, Cartoon Network International and TBS International, respectively.
Entertainment TV, a new channel to the REV lineup, will be added to channel 454 to replace TNTI, which is moving to the Prime package.

TV One delivers award-winning programming that showcases the diverse experiences of African American life and culture that is authentic, relatable and real. From exciting original programming (including movies, scripted comedies, reality and docu-series), to the best of “classic” popular sitcoms and awards shows like the NAACP Image Awards, to a daily news program (News One Now) that focuses on Black issues; TV One was built on the promise to REPRESENT Black culture Past, Present And Future — and has something for everyone.

Effective February 28th, 2018 REV television subscribers are advised that HBO will discontinue offering the Cinemax GO service in The Bahamas. As a result, no cable operator in The Bahamas will be able to offer this service to subscribers.
REV television subscribers are advised that effective February 28th, 2018, NBC Universal Entertainment Group, a division of NBC Universal will cease carriage of the Oxygen network (REV channel 475) to the region.
Sportsmax has secured the rights to the Olympic Winter Games that air February 9 – 25, 2018. These channels are located in the Prime package, channels 735 and 745. As a result of this agreement, the Sportsmax channels are the only authorized channels in the Caribbean to offer the 2018 Winter Games. REV is therefore obligated to black out any Olympic Winter Games programming which may air on additional networks.
Blackouts are controlled by various leagues, associations, and networks that maintain the rights to broadcast certain content and we must adhere to these restrictions to protect the agreements that enable us to deliver our existing channel lineup.

Effective January 31st, REV television subscribers are advised of the following channel changes to the Prime package:
(1) FOX News, channel 406 will be removed and replaced with One America News.
(2) FOX Business, channel 410 will be removed from the channel lineup.

Effective January 18th, Spike and Viacom will rebrand the Spike programming service to Paramount Network, located on REV channel 453.

Effective August 28th, 2017, REVTV subscribers are advised that due to changes in rights and licensing agreements for the Caribbean region, cable operators are required to black out WWE programming including “RAW Live”, “Smackdown Live”, “Experience” which airs on USA.

Effective July 1st, 2017, REVTV subscribers are advised that Esquire, channel 351 will be removed from REVTV Prime Extra. This is a result of NBC Universal, parent company of The Esquire channel, ceasing operations of the network.
