Please be advised that we will perform upgrades to our TV platform including REVGO Play and REVX and nDVR boxes. These upgrades will take place during our maintenance window (12:00 AM- 7:00 AM) on Wednesday October 21st, and may result in disruptions in video services for all REVTV customers.
For users on REVX and REVGO Play, once the maintenance window is closed the look and feel as well as functionality of the platform will return to normal. However, users with nDVR platforms will experience a new look and feel and channel numbering will revert to 3-digit channel numbering.
