Our engineers are working to restore services as quickly as possible, and report that significant progress has been made in our restoration efforts, however troubleshooting exercises are still ongoing.
At present the status of impacted services is as follows:
1. Hotel analog Premium services remain down.
2. REVX, OTT/REVGO services are still being investigated towards resolution.
3. Guide for IPTV is still being investigated towards resolution.

Thank you for bearing with us yesterday as we worked to resolve some unexpected TV issues. Our engineers resolved all issues by 10am today and they continue to monitor the network.
We want to remind you that we will continue the planned network upgrades which will take place between 2am – 4am daily during the month of February.
