Allison Levarity – VP of Customer Experience

Allison is an energetic leader with over twenty years experience in operations and a strong background in customer relationship management, customer research and analytics techniques, customer strategy and business process improvement.

Allison was appointed Vice President of Customer Experience for Cable Bahamas Group in August 2021 and had previously served as Sr. Director of Customer Experience for Cable Bahamas Group and Director of Customer Care for Aliv. Having been with the company since 2016, Allison leads the multi-faceted customer experience team that facilitates central oversight of Customer Support, Contact Center and Technical Operations, this includes all aspects of CBL Group customer experience programs, customer service policies, aims, and initiatives.

She has held various voluntary positions and currently serves on the boards of The Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce, Wilbur S. Outten Academy (2013 to present) and a Director of Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year (2018 to present). She is a Certified Professional Manager, Certified Human Resource Manager, Licensed Bahamas Real Estate Sales Agent, a member of the Advanced Communicators & Leaders of the Bahamas Toastmasters Club and a member Freeport Bible Church.

Prior to joining Cable Bahamas Group, Allison worked in Banking. She is based in Grand Bahama.
