REV Service Advisory for Family Islands
June 1, 2019
8:17am: Our provider is in the process of repairing/replacing fibre. As a result, the following channels are off on Residential, Commercial and Analog feeds:
FOX 207
PBS 213
PIX 226
The CW 227
My TV 228
WGN 229
This will affect homes, Hotels and family islands customers.
9:47am: As a result of the underground fire, there is still no estimated time of restoration. Crews are still working on the fibre that was affected. With no restoration timeline, our provider has temporarily made program substitutions with most of the above channels.
3:32pm: Our technical team continues communication with the overseas provider for the affected channel services. The situation for resolution still remains the same whereby overseas provider continues to work to correct fibre cut as a result of the underground fire. No estimated time of completion of repairs and service restorations have been reported. Updates will continue.

12:00am: Please be advised that there’s a commercial power outage affecting REV services in Marsh Harbour. We will post more updates once available.
9:56pm: Please be advised that our provider has indicated an outage for the following channels:

The CW 227
My TV 228
WGN 229
Apparently, this is related to a possible manhole fire. We have no estimated time of restoration at this point in time. We will post updates on this issue as they come. Our apologies for this service disruption and thank you for your patience.
