Cable Bahamas Customer Experience VP Presents at Abaco Business Outlook

Mrs. Allison Levarity, Vice President of Customer Experience at Cable Bahamas Limited is looking forward to addressing attendees at upcoming Abaco Business Outlook Event.


Mrs. Allison Levarity, Vice President of Customer Experience for Cable Bahamas limited is preparing to present at the Abaco Business Outlook, under the theme “Beyond Recovery Into Growth.” The event will be hosted on Thursday September 15th and The Hon. Minister Michael Halkitis will be serving as the keynote speaker for the event. 

Mrs. Levarity is looking forward to sharing the insights gained during her career of more than two decades spread between the fields of banking and telecommunications . Attendees can look forward to lessons on leadership, adapting to change and cultivating excellence which Mrs. Levarity identifies as pivotal to her success thus far.  Mrs. Levarity has distinguished herself as one of the companies first female Vice Presidents and the first ever Vice President of Customer Experience at Cable Bahamas Limited.

As  V.P of Customer Experience for Cable Group Limited, Mrs. Levarity is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and growth of the customer experience division as it relates to the end to end service experience that consumers enjoy. 

She is described as an energetic leader with over twenty yearsexperience in operations and a strong background in customer relationship management, customer research and analytics techniques, customer strategy and business process improvement.

Allison was appointed to her current role in August 2021 where she previously served as Sr. Director of Customer Experience for Cable Bahamas Limited and Director of Customer Care for Aliv. Having been with the company since 2016, Allison leads the multi-faceted customer experience team that facilitates central oversight of Customer Support, Contact Center and Technical Operations, this includes all aspects of CBL Group customer experience programs, customer service policies, aims, and initiatives. 

She has held various voluntary positions and currently serves on the boards of The Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce, Wilbur S. Outten Academy (2013 to present) and a Director of Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year (2018 to present). She is a Certified Professional Manager, Certified Human Resource Manager, Licensed Bahamas Real Estate Sales Agent, a member of the Advanced Communicators & Leaders of the Bahamas Toastmasters Club and a member Freeport Bible Church.
