Cable Bahamas Limited Names Allison Levarity Vice President of Customer Experience

The nation’s leading communications provider continues to strengthen leadership and offers added focus on ensuring a positive customer experience with the appointment of Allison Levarity to the executive team. 

 

After two years of successfully leading the multi-faceted customer service team within the Cable Bahamas Group of companies, Levarity is set to step into the new role of Vice President of Customer Experience.

An accomplished executive with responsibility in facilitating the central oversight of customer support, technical operations and the REV and Aliv contact centers, Levarity will lead her new team with oversight of all aspects of CBL Group customer experience programs, customer service policies, aims and initiatives creating amazing experiences for our customers. With a mission of delivering superior customer experience at every interaction across ALIV and REV, Allison is a proud native of Grand Bahama, who enthusiastically leads a team that is spread across multiple islands.

As a part of her portfolio, Levarity will ensure that all customer facing teams work together to deliver high quality service and support before, during and after products are sold.

When asked about her thoughts on this new role Levarity said, “As our customer base continues to expand and customer expectations continue to rise, my team and I will ensure CBL’s new and existing customers receive the highest quality of customer service while directing resources necessary to meet our customer’s demand.”

Allison is a Certified Professional Manager, Certified Human Resource Manager, Licensed Bahamas Real Estate Sales Agent, a member of the Advanced Communicators & Leaders of the Bahamas Toastmasters Club and a member of Freeport Bible Church.

She is the daughter of Punchetta and Almondo Taylor and is married to Quinton J. Levarity. Together they are the biggest fans of fourteen-year-old Quinton J. Levarity II.
