Cable Bahamas Title Sponsors The ART of Leadership Event for Top Corporate Prospects

RBL Group, a Globally recognized training brand partners with Cable Bahamas to host executive training

As a company committed to being on the cutting edge of leadership innovation, the Cable Bahamas Group has chosen to partner with the world renowned RBL Group as title sponsor for their signature training program, The ART of Leadership. For many years companies and corporations of all sizes have sought out valuable leadership lessons offered by the training company which has been endorsed by Zurich Financial and others. This summer they will be offering their ART of Leadership program to a handful of businesses in The Bahamas.

Former Vice President of Human Resources for the Cable Bahamas Group, Mrs. Beverly Saunders shared her enthusiasm about the event. “The RBL Brand led by David Ulrich and Norman Smallwood is a globally recognized name in leadership and training. We are delighted that they have decided to partner with Cable Bahamas in presenting the ART of Leadership as a program where persons can learn  about what is happening in the global market and find new ways to maximize opportunities and overcome challenges. This resource is a wise investment for those seeking to move the management of their organization to the next level. One of the greatest challenges in executive leadership is succession planning. We believe tools like this will allow us to cultivate leaders within our company for years to come.”

The ART (Accelerating Results Together) program is a leadership development experience. The goal of the experience is to invite teams of high-potential leaders to partake in an immersive leadership journey with RBL’s sought after leadership experts. The ART of Leadership is a four-day experience which is divided into two phases. Two days of classroom learning, a one-month action learning project, and two more days of classroom learning. It’s the ideal blend of theories, tools, and application to build required leadership skills.

Teams of 3 to 5 high potential leaders will join five or six companies to experience two robust learning sessions, where RBL faculty will introduce core models, frameworks and practical tools for leadership excellence in a highly competitive, global environment. The design of the program enables teams to share and learn best practices from each other and from the other participating companies.
