The RBL Group Hosts ART of Leadership Event for Top Corporate Prospects

Globally recognized training brand hosts event targeted at corporate high-flyers in Nassau Bahamas

The ART of Leadership program by the RBL Group is coming to Nassau, Bahamas this summer. The ART (Accelerating Results Together) program is a leadership development experience. The goal of the experience is to invite teams of high-potential leaders to partake in an immersive leadership journey with RBLs sought after leadership experts. The ART of Leadership is a four-day experience which is divided into two phases. Two days of classroom learning, a one-month action learning project, and two more days of classroom learning. Its the ideal blend of theories, tools, and application to build required leadership skills.

As a company committed to being on the cutting edge of leadership innovation, the Cable Bahamas Group has decided to partner with the RBL Group as a co-sponsor in offering their incredible resources to the Bahamian public.

Vice President of Human Resources for the Cable Bahamas Group, Mrs. Beverly Saunders shared her enthusiasm about the event. The RBL Brand led by David Ulrich and Norman Smallwood is a world renown name when it comes to leadership and training. When the opportunity presented itself we knew that we wanted to ensure that our team was able to take advantage of this incredible resource and to also extend the invitation to corporate entities like ours. One of the greatest challenges in executive leadership is succession planning. We believe tools like this will allow us to cultivate leaders within our company for years to come.

Teams of 3 to 5 high potential leaders will join five or six companies to experience two robust learning sessions, where RBL faculty will introduce core models, frameworks and practical tools for leadership excellence in a highly competitive, global environment. The design of the program enables teams to share and learn best practices from each other and from the other participating companies.

Phase 1 of the project is slated for July 14-15, and Phase 2 will be heldAugust 11-12.
