Will Cable Bahamas assist me with saving my email messages?

If you are able to follow our tutorials and video links, our dedicated help desk is available to assist you with saving and migrating your account information. Our help desk is available Monday – Friday, 8AM – 8PM via 603-WAVE. Our agents are also available via email at coralwavesupport@cablebahamas.com.

Does this mean that I will lose all of my emails?

Once the Coral Wave Service is discontinued on June 5th, your emails will no longer be recoverable. However, if you wish to keep your emails, you can contact our help desk or follow the steps below for migrating them to another service.

Can you recommend other email providers?

Alternative email providers include Gmail and Mail.com.

What are the benefits of other email providers?

Premium email services (Gmail and Mail.com), are available at no cost and offer a vast array of functionality, including the ability to create multiple email addresses, abundant storage space, and a wide variety of email management tools. Additionally, these services are portable, meaning you can keep your email address should you ever move out of REV’s service area.

How will I know which new email service to use?

The choice is yours there are several options online but Gmail and Microsoft live are the most popular free options.

Is REV shutting down everyone’s email addresses or just mine?

The CoralWave email platform will be discontinued for all customers.

Am I able to I use the same name/email address?

Once the name is available on the email provider you choose, however as these services are available worldwide, it is possible your existing name/email address may already be taken.

How will I get all of my old emails from my Coralwave account into this new account?

You won't be able to add it to your new email account however you can add it to your outlook client.
