Coralwave Advisory

REVTV UPGRADE ALERT

Rev will be conducting a Network Upgrade that will impact all our RevTV customers. This exercise will take place on Wednesday September 1st between the hours of 2:00am until 2:30pm.

All Billing queries, Account Balances, Service upgrades or downgrades as well as technical troubleshooting will be delayed until this exercise is completed.

Please be advised that REV will be conducting upgrades to its TV Platform between 1am - 5am on Friday, August 27th. During this period, customers may experience minimal disruption to Video services, VOD streaming and launching of the TV Guide. Every effort will be made to reduce this disruption.
