REV has launched a rewards and recognition programme to celebrate employees who are performing consistently well or have shown significant improvement over time. The company announced its first group of honourees during a recent corporate event at the Phil Keeping Building. There, each nominee received $500 and executives revealed the four employees who won in their respective categories for the first quarter of 2017. Employees were recognised for excelling in managerial/leadership areas as well as for customer support and customer-facing jobs. REV will continue honouring its top-performing employees at the close of each quarter culminating in a reveal of the company's manager, supervisor and employees of the year. read more
