As part of their commitment to supporting teachers, CBBS and SmartTerm were proud to pay special tribute to the educators of the Anglican Central Education Authority (ACEA) who also support the LMS platform, which has become an essential tool for delivering high-quality online learning experiences. During this year’s teacher appreciation week, administrators, faculty and staff from St. John's College, St. Anne's School, Bishop Michael Eldon School (Grand Bahama), and St. Andrew's School (Exuma) received a special gift from CBBS and SmartTerm as a show of appreciation.

CBBS continues support of REACH during Autism Awareness Month

Cable Bahamas Business Solutions (CBBS) continued its support of REACH (Resources and Education for Autism related Challenges) this year, during Autism Awareness Month, by purchasing 60 REACH T-shirts for its entire team. CBBS staff members wore them every Friday during the month of April. The contribution by CBBS was $900 – each REACH T-shirt cost $15.
REACH recently won the second prize in Cable Bahamas Limited's Connecting People Who Care campaign, one of the company's most popular corporate social responsibility initiatives. The campaign allows Cable Bahamas to highlight three non-profit organizations making a significant impact in their community, utilizing its services to better support and connect with the people who need their help.
